Watch out for used car sales manager Chris Long story short - salesman Binh was a pleasure, negotiated my trade in and purchase of a Toyota Venza. Binh asked me to leave a deposit to hold the c Long story short - salesman Binh was a pleasure, negotiated my trade in and purchase of a Toyota Venza. Binh asked me to leave a deposit to hold the car, I had a few questions but agreed - even spoke on the phone to manager Chris and said I would leave a deposit. Within that hour another customer came in, must have offered more $$, so Chris accepted their offer instead. I only found this out when I contacted Binh that I hadn't heard back for him to take my deposit. I was so disgusted that the extra thousand bucks they might have made was worth not following through on my purchase. I was trying to reserve judgement thinking this was just one person... However I emailed the general manager, and left a message for him to call me and 3 days later have not heard a thing. I'm not sure how this dealership has such good reviews if this is how they treat their clients and follow through with complaints. Our family will be needing 3 vehicles in the next few years, this dealership will not be an option. More

Great I finally got around to upgrading by vehicle. Second time buying from Kingsway Toyota, although it was more than 10 years a part the service was stil I finally got around to upgrading by vehicle. Second time buying from Kingsway Toyota, although it was more than 10 years a part the service was still great. They even went through the trouble to dig out a vehicle for test drive after a major snow storm. Service, sales and financing was smooth and easy. Poor service by Sales person As on Dec 10 2014, I did call about 10am to sales and asked about 2015 Toyota sienna xle limited for test drive and one of the sales person(Jorge) tol As on Dec 10 2014, I did call about 10am to sales and asked about 2015 Toyota sienna xle limited for test drive and one of the sales person(Jorge) told that he is going to call me after checking inventory and i did wait about 10 mins and then received call from same sales person and he told me that he don't have particular vehicle but his colleague can show me similar vehicle and he set time for viewing the similar vehicle and test drive for AWD. I reached at showroom after drove 35 kms and took half day from work. When i reached there and talk with Chris Pang(colleague of sales person), he told me unfortunately that similar vehicle is not arrived and i am sorry...........what a xxxxxxxx i took my half day off, loose half day pay and drove 35 kms and then he said vehicle is not arrived, they he should call me if vehicle was not there and his Colleague check inventory before he did call me........so how can this happened. These guys are not sure whats going on their showroom even sales manager(Justin) called me too but he did not know difference between xle limited and standard......... so how we can put trust on this showroom............ More
