Best Dealership EVER! Just a little story to start off with before I begin: I'm a 22 year old in Fort McMurray -first time car buyer. I went to the local dealership here Just a little story to start off with before I begin: I'm a 22 year old in Fort McMurray -first time car buyer. I went to the local dealership here in Fort McMurray, they ran a credit check for me, came back I had great credit but then a red flag came about .. "Mamn, you need a cosigner; you're too young" What should a girl do when she has no family in town? One answer - Call Kingsway Toyota dealership. After being shot down by the dealer here in town I browsed online and found kingsway, emailed them and to my surprise the next day Roniel called me. He assured me I wasn't too young and before the end of the evening, the ball was in the playing field - applications were running. Roniel is an excellent sales man; no matter what question I had he was there to answer them. Even working with Alan Lim in finance was amazing. They make the process of buying a car so easy (especially for a new buyer) Of course dealing with them over the phone was a little confusing but when I finally sat down in the office with them everything was so much clearer. Even the day after I got the car, I had phone calls from both Ron and Alan to check in. That's what you call customer service. It's almost been a week since I had my car, and I LOVE it. I'm so happy to say that I have a car and its all thanks to RON, ALAN & KINGSWAY TOYOTA! :) Excellent dealership that I recommend to everyone. :) More

The manager I dealt with was also incredibly helpful and really made an effort to get me the best deal for what I could afford. The finance department was also really helpful and friendly. I spoke with several employees who were all friendly and welcoming, everyone kept offering me refreshments and candy. and most importantly, I love my new Rav4 More
