After searching for a car to purchase from numerous other car dealerships, we were very pleased to find acar that we thought was reasonably priced and was a good quality vehicle. 2015 Rav4 upgraded. I recently leased a 2015 Rav4. My experience was excellent from the minute I walked in. I wasn't harassed in anyway. Arz Shtay and John Mayhew were ex I recently leased a 2015 Rav4. My experience was excellent from the minute I walked in. I wasn't harassed in anyway. Arz Shtay and John Mayhew were extremely helpful with answering even the toughest questions. They truly made me feel as tho I was dealing with friends rather than a typical salesman. There was a minor complication which added a few days to the deal, which was more then fine for me as this just added more friendly people to my week (Catherine On and Jordan Clarke). Also I was completely taken care of during the entire week, whether it's popcorn, coffee while you wait or a 2015 Rav4 to borrow! During the finance process Alan Lim took the time to carefully explain the lease and lease options to ease my mind over my first lease. I could go on and on detailing every experience I had with every member I worked with, But until you experience it, these are just words. This is the first time I've dealt with Kingsway Toyota and I was impressed with the friendliness of all employees, as well as the low pressure from th This is the first time I've dealt with Kingsway Toyota and I was impressed with the friendliness of all employees, as well as the low pressure from the sales people. All too often you go into a dealership and the salespeople are on you like jackals, but this was not the case at Kingsway. Tim was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted; he didn't try to talk me into a different type of vehicle. Maya also heard my concerns about protecting my investment in a new car by offering me extra warranty and a special warranty on tires and rims. As the RAV4 I bought is a limited Canadian edition, this was very important as the rims are very different than what's on the usual RAV4 and thus more expensive. I was VERY impressed with Alexa at the front desk and how she remembered my name after the first time I went to see the RAV4s; several times I showed up without an appointment so that was pretty impressive. All in all, I was pleased with their services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone looking to buy a Toyota. More
