Best Dealership EVER! Just a little story to start off with before I begin: I'm a 22 year old in Fort McMurray -first time car buyer. I went to the local dealership here in Fort McMurray, they ran a credit check for me, came back I had great credit but then a red flag came about .. "Mamn, you need a cosigner; you're too young" What should a girl do when she has no family in town? One answer - Call Kingsway Toyota dealership. After being shot down by the dealer here in town I browsed online and found kingsway, emailed them and to my surprise the next day Roniel called me. He assured me I wasn't too young and before the end of the evening, the ball was in the playing field - applications were running. Roniel is an excellent sales man; no matter what question I had he was there to answer them. Even working with Alan Lim in finance was amazing. They make the process of buying a car so easy (especially for a new buyer) Of course dealing with them over the phone was a little confusing but when I finally sat down in the office with them everything was so much clearer. Even the day after I got the car, I had phone calls from both Ron and Alan to check in. That's what you call customer service. It's almost been a week since I had my car, and I LOVE it. I'm so happy to say that I have a car and its all thanks to RON, ALAN & KINGSWAY TOYOTA! :) Excellent dealership that I recommend to everyone. :) More

The manager I dealt with was also incredibly helpful and really made an effort to get me the best deal for what I could afford. The finance department was also really helpful and friendly. I spoke with several employees who were all friendly and welcoming, everyone kept offering me refreshments and candy. and most importantly, I love my new Rav4 More

Great job and Excellent experience I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid in Calgary and my backup camera did not work any more, and it took me a lot of energy and time to negotiate wi I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid in Calgary and my backup camera did not work any more, and it took me a lot of energy and time to negotiate with the Calgary Heninger Toyota dealership. As a result, they required me to go back to be fixed. That's crazy! Fortunately, Service Manager, Johnny Yu, tried everything to help me out, and he replaced the new backup camera by himself. It's very impressive that he made a few calls to remind me that he did not forget me since not any news came out yet. Everything is perfect now. He is very experienced, professional and very patient. I greatly appreciate everything what he did. I went to the Service Department a few time but it was the first time to meet Haneen, and she was very helpful, friendly and patient. I was very happy with the services she provided. Bob picked me up on time and he was very polite and friendly. I was grateful that my car was maintained and repaired by Kingsway Toyota. I would highly recommend the service department of Kingsway Toyota to anyone who wants their vehicles performed , and I will continue to go there do some regular maintenance. More
