Bumpy Road But Fully Satisfied in the End I recently purchased my third Highlander from Kingsway Toyota. The sales experience was straight-forward and relatively painless. Problems were noted with communication (both in keeping the customer informed and between the sales and other Kingsway departments) and coordination (continuity of customer service around employee days off was particularly challenging). This led to delivery delays and unnecessary frustration. That said, Kingsway was very responsive to customer feedback and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied in the end. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingsway Toyota and plan to continue using this dealership as the service centre of choice for my vehicle. More

Happy with my new sequoia I purchased my 2015 Sequoia after seeing it advertised on the Internet. Bryan was great to deal with. He was quick to respond and worked hard to get u I purchased my 2015 Sequoia after seeing it advertised on the Internet. Bryan was great to deal with. He was quick to respond and worked hard to get us a great price that was more competitive than the local quote we received. He responded to our texts and phone calls even late at night and on weekends, showing that he genuinely cares about customers. There were a few issues throughout our deal but he always kept in communication and resolved the issues quickly and compensated us for things that went wrong that required more time to deal with. We did financing through Alan Lim and unfortunately he didn't respond in the most timely manner which did result in delays for our deal and ultimately made our car later being delivered than what we agreed on, however both Bryan and Jordan worked to fix the situation and ensured that we were happy with the end result even if it did take longer than expected and required more effort on both our end and the dealership's end. We are very happy with the vehicle, the price and the level of communication that we received working with Bryan. I would highly recommend dealing with Bryan if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More
