My income was well over 100k a year and I couldn’t buy a 30,000 car from these goof balls. Horrible to deal with. And not recommended. Any other dealership would approve me based off income alone. Also they actively ignored me and I would sit on hold everyday and then get told they would call me back and they wouldn’t. I would have to call back over and over just to get any attention at all. I bought a 2021 Highlander, and it is the model with the faulty transmission that the dealership and Toyota are aware of. After some research, I realize there is a known issue with 2021 Highlander transmission. Do not buy here, do not take your vehicle here. The advisor mentioned a goodwill warranty option, but when I spoke with the manager, who was aggressive on the phone, she refused. More
Agreed to purchase a new car on a car they told me was available - no haggling, agreed right away to pay full price, and wanted to move quick. Made a deposit promptly. Ghosted by salesman/dealership for >1 week. Multiple attempts were made to reach out dealership without reply. Finally got through 2 weeks later and was told that they sold car to someone elsewhere, all while I was awaiting reply. Wasted my time. Dishonest business practices. Very poor communication. More

I was not going to leave a review as the purchase experience was a mess, the high-pressure sales to buy all the life insurance, extended warranty and so on. When we called back to say we did not want it, they said we could not cancel it as we were already approved for the loan. We should have walked away, but it was the truck of our dreams. Not even 100 KM on it, and malfunction of Power steering light came on. I brought it right in and was told I did not have an appointment, and they could not get it in. I had to fight, and finally, Kyle got me in. They said everything was fine. The next morning, we left on our trip to New Brunswick. Not an hour into our trip, the light was on again. We stopped in many cities along the way, but no Toyota dealership would take us in, as we did not buy it there, or look at the truck. We had to stop many times, wait to reset everything. We finally made it to xx. John's, and finally, a dealership that cares took us in right away. Bad news, no parts available for a week. Also, do not believe the crap of roadside assistance, they would not help because we were more than 300KM from a dealer. So, take from this, do not buy a Toyota. I would give it a zero but i had to pick one star. More

Improperly installed parts on my vehicle - then admitted to doing this - and then started ignoring every attempt at communication as to what they will do to remedy the solution. Were very responsive before to doing this - and then started ignoring every attempt at communication as to what they will do to remedy the solution. Were very responsive before I paid them $73,000 for a vehicle, now that they have the money - crickets. Will never purchase a vehicle here ever again. In the past two weeks I have been told 4 times that I would be contacted with a solution and not once has that been true. Still waiting to hear........... unfortunately not expecting much from them. Do not recommend if you want post sale support. More
Milad the salesman was awesome! He treated us exactly the way a customer should be treated. He gave us 110% of his attention and was genuinely interested in our satisfaction. He took over an hour showing us EVERYTHING that our 2026 RAV4 Limited had to offer. He pointed out every bell and whistle and had a great sense of humor to along with his presentation. I’d buy 10 more vehicles from him. ZERO pressure to buy. Let me say that again…ZERO PRESSURE TO BUY! Then we went to Financing and met with “MO”. He was the first finance person who didn’t pressure us at all to buy extended warranty. No sob story, not guilt attached if we declined. He showed us every single extended warranty available. We chose what we wanted and he didn’t try and pressure us to buy more. He was open and honest with us. We walked away saying “WOW! Now THAT is how a customer is to be treated.” More
