Improperly installed parts on my vehicle - then admitted to doing this - and then started ignoring every attempt at communication as to what they will do to remedy the solution. Were very responsive before I paid them $73,000 for a vehicle, now that they have the money - crickets. Will never purchase a vehicle here ever again. In the past two weeks I have been told 4 times that I would be contacted with a solution and not once has that been true. Still waiting to hear........... unfortunately not expecting much from them. Do not recommend if you want post sale support. More

He took over an hour showing us EVERYTHING that our 2026 RAV4 Limited had to offer. He pointed out every bell and whistle and had a great sense of humor to along with his presentation. I’d buy 10 more vehicles from him. ZERO pressure to buy. Let me say that again…ZERO PRESSURE TO BUY! Then we went to Financing and met with “MO”. He was the first finance person who didn’t pressure us at all to buy extended warranty. No sob story, not guilt attached if we declined. He showed us every single extended warranty available. We chose what we wanted and he didn’t try and pressure us to buy more. He was open and honest with us. We walked away saying “WOW! Now THAT is how a customer is to be treated.” More

STAY AWAY! !! My Truck was stolen and my insurance company recommended them for a cleaning /interior repairs. They have NO courtesy car so I had to rent a car. !! When I arrived it was far from ready cleaned throughly for over 3000.00 then they placed dirty tools on the back seat. Completely disrespectful which I complained the burn mark on the roof looked. Almost worse than before . They scratched my rear bumper . The seatbelt was stuck and lights were on my dash after they had it. Again I took a rental and when called that it was complete again it was not ready with now dirty mats on the back seat. The glove box was replaced but they failed to match it to the door . When I came to pick it up once more they lost my keys and took over an hour to find it. Poor , poor communication between service and body shop. I cannot believe this is a dealership and not a scummy mechanic in a bad neighborhood back alley. Because I ran out of coverage they had to shuttle me to work and pick me up this occurred a couple times . And the last shuttle I took a gentlemen we picked up his cologne was sooooo strong I was sick for three days. I immediately refused further service . Hands down the worst scenario after my truck got stolen and only got worse with their poor care and negligence . STAY AWAY!!!! More

None the less, blew out in our newborns face returning from hospital. If I could give these guys 0 for customer service I would. 1. Glass wasn’t even order for another approx. 2 weeks after our initial call. It’s backordered/custom order for this glass. No known date for arrival or for fixtures. ( over a month for this work- no big deal we’ll live) 3.We were never asked if we needed a loaner as we already thought we would be driving our own vehicle with a taped roof. We got a text saying our loaner was ready for pick up. 4. We live out of town so we asked if there was stipulations to this rental, ex, charges for KM or chips. We ended up getting a chip, which the rental company said we owe them $500 for a new windshield. The service department manager denied any verbal agreement made prior to taking the loaner. Gave us attitude for even asking such a question and to “just pay it” making further allegations of “ we never told you to take the loaner” Would have never taken the option of a loaner if our valid concerns of km or windshield chips was answered HONESTLY by staff. The attitude, lack of integrity & professionalism and unwillingness to even work with customers is something else.. by a manager to boot. Completely inappropriate. Will NEVER recommend this Toyota to family or friends!! More

Very disappointing experience dealing with this dealership regarding a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid booking. At the time of placing my deposit in January 2026, I was informed that pricing had not yet been f dealership regarding a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid booking. At the time of placing my deposit in January 2026, I was informed that pricing had not yet been finalized and that booking early would help secure priority allocation. Based on that understanding, I proceeded in good faith and waited patiently for almost 4 months. After this long wait, I was finally presented with two completely different pricing structures: - Around $52,000 retail pricing with accessories, or - Around $47,000 MSRP pricing with no accessories, no priority, and no estimated timeline whatsoever. What was most frustrating was that the dealership never clearly explained this pricing approach at the time of booking. Had this been communicated transparently from the beginning, I could have made a more informed decision instead of waiting months. Despite the lengthy waiting period and my early commitment, there was absolutely no consideration, goodwill, priority allocation, or flexibility offered. Instead, I repeatedly felt pressured to simply cancel my order and take my deposit refund if I was not satisfied. I fully understand that the RAV4 Hybrid is a high-demand vehicle, but customer demand should not become an excuse for poor transparency or lack of customer care. Unfortunately, the overall impression I received was that because this vehicle sells easily, customer concerns and loyalty are not valued. Very disappointing experience overall, especially after investing several months waiting in good faith. More
I placed an order for a vehicle and agreed to trade in my car at a set price. After waiting about three months, my financial situation improved and I decided to pay cash instead of leasing. The sales manager j insisted I pay an extra $4,000, claiming the change in payment method altered the deal essentially trying to add lease related costs to a cash purchase, while still benefiting from my trade-in. I was also pressured with a “take it or leave it” approach. This felt unreasonable and unfair. Customers should not be penalized for choosing a simpler payment option. Despite previously referring others to this dealership, the experience made it clear that profit was prioritized over customer relationships. My advice: review all terms carefully, don’t commit until you’re fully certain, and always ask for a copy of the agreement. In the end, I walked away, sold my car privately for more, and placed an order with another dealership that offered far more flexibility and transparency. More
