From our initial phone conversations to the moment I drove back to Calgary in snowy, cold weather, the entire experience was seamless and thoughtfully organized. Special thanks to Alex Brown and Coreena Wong for their outstanding care and professionalism. Every detail, including picking me up from the bus station, was handled flawlessly, making the process stress-free and enjoyable. If you live in the Edmonton area you are lucky, you have several different dealerships to deal with. Based on my experience I would choose another dealership. There is no honour or integrity at this dealers several different dealerships to deal with. Based on my experience I would choose another dealership. There is no honour or integrity at this dealership. The bottom line here is money, not customer relations. I unfortunately do not live in the Edmonton area and travelled a great distance to pick up my new vehicle based on an agreed upon amount for my trade in. Upon arrival, I was dealing with Liam initially, only to suddenly be greeted by Ryan Coady. I was offered half of what was promised for my trade. I refused that offer and after some back and forth was offered a little more but I am still paying more than I had originally budgeted for. Unfortunately having travelled well over 1000 kms, and on a quick time crunch to return home I feel my hands were tied. I have email proof of 2 separate negotiated offers for my trade in. No one at this location responds to email requests once the sale is over. Shop elsewhere. Love the truck, not the experience. I have left this review before but apparently the dealer can delete them. More
If I could rate a negative number I would. I purchased a Sienna Van. Less then 51 days later I started having serious “hybrid engine malfunctions” Tried reaching out to the dealership sale I purchased a Sienna Van. I have seen without my vehicle for 32 days and counting ! No loaner provided! Still trying to get help AMVIC is a no go as it is under warranty! More

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Northwest Toyota Edmonton. Their customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone in the parts department, and I was transferred there multiple times wit Toyota Edmonton. Their customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone in the parts department, and I was transferred there multiple times without any response. Despite leaving messages for days, no one returned my calls. When I spoke to the front desk person, she said she walked over and told them she was transferring me, but still nothing happened. I asked to speak to the general manager and was told he was there and would call me back, but I never received a call. I even sent an email, only to be informed that all managers were away at a conference. Lukasz Kopec, who claimed to really want to help, turned out to be in sales and said he couldn't assist me. He forwarded my emails, but I never heard back from anyone. Clearly, since I'm looking to buy a car right now, no one at Northwest Toyota Edmonton seems to care about helping potential customers. I would strongly advise against shopping there. More

Audit caught multiple errors they couldn't explain. They owed thousands back when caught. I'm still waiting on a key for my new truck. Can't get an answer from anyone. I'd been to a few other dealerships and service was lacking so when I walked into Toyota Northwest I was pleasantly surprised when I was greated by a very personable and friendly salesperson named Barb lacking so when I walked into Toyota Northwest I was pleasantly surprised when I was greated by a very personable and friendly salesperson named Barb. She turned out to be a wealth of knowledge and made the whole experience an absolute joy. Definitely recommend her if you're needing to purchase a vehicle. More
Terrible Dealership – Do NOT Do Business with Toyota Northwest Edmonton I signed a contract with Toyota Northwest Edmonton (14240 137 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 5H7) TWO YEARS AGO, leaving a $500 down Northwest Edmonton I signed a contract with Toyota Northwest Edmonton (14240 137 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 5H7) TWO YEARS AGO, leaving a $500 down payment for a car that was supposedly "on order." Over the course of two years, I repeatedly contacted the dealership for updates. Every time, I was told the car was still on its way, but I was given no clear answers or timeline. In 2024, I was told the car would arrive in June, then July, then August, and finally sometime between September 8 and 18, 2024. When I called to get the VIN number so I could arrange insurance, I spoke with Jon Ip, one of the sales managers. Instead of offering assistance, Jon was extremely rude and dismissive. When I expressed my excitement to finally receive the car, he sarcastically asked if I was "complaining." He informed me there was no VIN number yet. Frustrated, I decided to visit the dealership in person on Friday, September 6 to speak directly with Jonathan Ip (Jon). I waited a long time, but he did not make himself available. After waiting with no response, I left the dealership and requested a call back. To this day, I have not heard from anyone. I tried escalating the issue by speaking with another sales manager, hoping for a better outcome, but that didn’t help. No one returned my calls after I left multiple messages. After a week of frustration, Jon finally answered and told me he didn’t have to sell me the car at all. He also said he’d refund my deposit—after TWO YEARS of waiting! Then, without any explanation, he hung up on me. I have still not received the refund, and it’s been days of checking my credit card for it. More
