From the very beginning, she helped me determine which vehicle I really wanted/needed without any sales pressure. As a matter of fact, the best thing about Peggy is that she is friendly, patient, and offered her assistance throughout the whole process. When she said that she was working to make me happy with my next purchase, she meant it. And when the time came to negotiate a deal, she continued to be involved with the process, along with the manager Vash, and upwards with the general manager Shah, and their finance man M.J. I must say, I made "quite a few" visits to the dealership before coming to my final decision, and each time Peggy was there to greet me with a smile and offer her assistance. In the end, I think I made the right choice, and I want to thank everyone at Thornhill Hyundai for their courtesy, from Peggy to the managers, to finance, to the clerks, to the service people.
