Worst auto dealership experience I was looking to purchase a car from Bos Auto in Oakville, they sent me to thornhill hyundai to do the financing, but I realised after that thornhill I was looking to purchase a car from Bos Auto in Oakville, they sent me to thornhill hyundai to do the financing, but I realised after that thornhill purchased the car from bos and re sold it to me, but bos is responsible for the safety and etest and thornhill added extra costs to the purchase without explaning it to me, i was orignally told the car was a lease return from audi and this information wasn't showing to me on the car proof, i went home and ordered a car proof myself since they never provided me with a copy, i noticed that the car was actually returned with a lein and sent back to the auction, so much for being an audi lease return! they continously pressured me by saying its a beautiful car, people die to have a car like this , etc etc. they also stated the car had an insurance claim of close to $8000 when in fact it was an estimate of $8000, the insurance never paid for the repairs. all this aside, i have two bill of sales, the car wasn't ready on time. I went to see the car as they stated it is certified and etested but they are waiting for the paint from audi to touch up the fender. I called TD canada explained them the situation and they said thornhill hyundai can reverse the sale. I called thornhill hyundai and was asked to goto bos auto to get the refund and was hung up on. i called thornhill back, reception was nice but we were unable to get a hold of the financial manager. So i went to bos auto to get the refund, and they started talking about how great the car is, this and that. They claimed the car was already safetied, I had my mechanic with me and we took the car for a test drive to see if it was safetied as we noticed a stone chip on the windsheild, while on the highway we noticed a vibration on the car and a pulsation when braking on the highway. there is also some strange noise on the passenger front, so we realized right away that this car WAS NOT SAFETIED. Currently really confused to still why I have two bill of sales from two different dealers, this is the worst car shopping experience and I have been advised by TD canada to contact OMVIC. Which I unfortunately have to do as the financial manager will not answer his phone and has been ignoring me all day. More

Originally was planning on a used Corolla or Elantr To my surprise I ended up buying a car I had never heard of - a 2010 Elantra Touring (hatchback). Originally was planning on a used Corolla or Elantra, but neither dealer had one in my range (2010-2013). After being shown a 2010 Matrix at a Toyota dealer (and not a bad deal for a decent car) I decided to comparison shop. Luiza had a 2010 Touring, and it had more space, and was a nicer car than the Matrix. Luiza's eagerness to please and helpfulness added to this sealed the deal. I really enjoyed conversing with her. Of course I have had the car for all of 4 hours so can't comment on it but I will say when I test drove both cars I found the Touring to be peppier, and with more responsive handling than the Matrix. To say nothing about over $2000 cheaper. So before you buy I would suggest checking out Hyundai, and specifically go to see Luiza at Thornhill Hyundai. More

No hidden fees, and no worries on the prices. During the time I was waiting my car check, I wanted to drive the new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe XL to check the differences... and I just loved the new model. The team (Luiza) was really good explaining me the major differences and what I was getting in case of changing cars. Also she was able to provide me details and work for some time with me the math's to get a good deal. The process of buying a car could be really daunting, but Luiza did such a great job of making it a really smooth and easy process. When she found out that I would be taking public transit to the dealership, she offered to pick me up at my home, which is at least a 30 minute drive from the dealership. In the end, we agreed to meet at Finch subway station, which is really close to the dealership. She picked me up and dropped me off there. She was very friendly and genuine, and I could get the sense that she genuinely believed in the quality of the product she was selling. Some of the dealers I encountered when I was test driving cars came across as really sleazy and disingenuous, but Luiza was just enthuasiastic and really nice - it felt like I was just hanging out with a buddy. I had to pick up the car in the evening, and she stayed with me long after the dealership closed to make sure I understand all the features of the car. Since my purchase, she has followed up with me by phone and by email. I was very impressed with my experience from beginning to end, and would strongly recommend this dealership to everyone - and strongly recommend that you do business with Luiza. More
