Had steering issue with my 2009 Ford Escape, part was on backorder and was told it could be up to 2 weeks before I could get my truck back as it was not drivable, got a call within 2 days that it was ready backorder and was told it could be up to 2 weeks before I could get my truck back as it was not drivable, got a call within 2 days that it was ready as they took the time to call around to other Ford dealers and found the sensor needed to fix the problem. It was a minor concern for sure but one I wanted corrected so I called. The Service Manager took my call and after a very short discussion told me to bring my F150 in as soon as convenient, even t corrected so I called. The Service Manager took my call and after a very short discussion told me to bring my F150 in as soon as convenient, even today, if possible. 1 hour later I dropped off the truck (using the Covid system - didn't actually see anyone) and got a call that it was ready in less than 30 minutes. Again, the Service Manager brought my keys out to me personally. He must have something better to do than ensure the complete satisfaction of Thor Motors customers but, apparently not. I love it!! Very inviting as everyone so friendly!Got snow tires last week and the service was excellent! The only complaint was we were from out of town so we had to wait outside and it was cold!
