Not willing to work with the customer on a payment plan then bombards you with emails for ratings. Not satisfied at all seeing as it is the only ford dealership in my town, seems it’s all about the mighty dollar and not about the customer and their needs, dad to say this as they were helpful on an earlier occasion.
