He even went as far as driving to our house, when he wasn't even on shift, waited while we loaded and installed 2 car seats and babies, then drove us to the dealership to pick up our new car, which he made sure had a full tank of gas. Even when there was a manufacturer recall on a part that delayed us in picking up our new car, he went above and beyond to make sure we had financial coverage, out of their pocket, to cover my rental car costs until our new car was ready. 10/10 service all around the board. Chris was great as well at negotiating with the bank to get us the lowest possible interest rate and monthly payment, installed my car seats into our new car, and set up my cell phones blue tooth sync and personalized my stereo system/Sync system so it was customized just for me and my family! Highly highly recommend the loan arranger, and Chris and Allan! Great guys who treat you like a person, not a price tag :) More

Because of my credit rating I believe that Dahlia and the Loan Arranger did their best for me to have a vehicle with a monthly payment that I can afford. An appointment was made & problem was solved on the same day the vehicle was bought to the mechanic.
