Here i was , so busy, travelling the USA, in need of help for a decent used car, and Tony came through like a magician. Even though i had my own doubts about issues of my own, Tony kept me confident and assured me he would do his best to get me what i needed. And today, i have a very nice vehicle parked outside my front door. I am in shock, but wow, i am very happy. I would definitely recommend The Loan Arranger to any future buyers. They are a very well organized and professional establishment. This is my second time there, was there years earlier for a different purchase. Quick and Easy Kristen helped my boyfriend get a new car and Andrew helped myself. amazing customer srevice I first heard of The Loan arranger 7 years ago and met with Tony in hope of purchasing my first used car. He too k the time to show me different cars that I wanted to see and that were within my budget. I was amazed at the patience and the time he took to explain everything to me. I did buy a 2005 Nissan xtrail and loved it. After if I had questions or concerns about the car, Tony was always available by phone or in person to answer me. It is 7 years later looking to purchase a newer car and only Tony was the person to arrange this for me. Called him up and expalined what I was looking for and 3 days later I drove away in a 2012 Ford focus hatchback :) Thank you so much Tony and the loan arranger. Our experience with The Loan Arranger Wow...and Wow...where do I start. Tony achieved something that we believed was not possible for many years to come. To describe my husband credit rating would be ...is there a word that is worse than bad...cause that would be it. How I found The Loan Arranger was by blind luck...I was looking at used cars in kijiji...clicked on something (don't remember what) but up came the web page of The Loan Arranger in Barrie Ontario. Honestly when I read it I thought ...yeah right...sure you can...but something told me to fill the loan application part out. As I found out later...I kind of did it all backwards...because they do have cars listed that you are to pick and then see if you can get it approved. The funniest thing is, Tony worked with us that way. Not once did Tony make us feel that we were asking for something that was not possible. He was so friendly and so helpful...we felt like we had known him for years. Well to make a story short...my husband drove off the lot yesterday with his new car, 2013 Mazda 6. To all the staff and especially Tony...thank you so much for all your help...not only did you achieve something that we thought was impossible but you also made our future hopes to buy a home come a lot closer. My check engine light came on 2 days after picking up the car, and for buying my first car ever I was very upset, but the second I walked back in they instantly said they would fix it with no questions asked! They even got me in the car in record time, since I was car-less with 2 young kids! I would defiantly recommend the loan arranger, especially these two employees! More

Tony, in particular, made the whole experience friendly and easygoing, and not to mention, explained everything in detail, fairly, and with consideration for my circumstances. Don't be fooled: Tony knows exactly what he's talking about, and I can't imagine working with anyone else at any other dealership. The Loan Arranger has been around the corner from me for the longest time: I remember when it was a gas station. I passed by it frequently and when I finally stepped in, I was surprised at how well I was treated, especially by Tony. If you need a car, if your credit is bad or even so/so, go here.
