Our car just broke down and we were desperate to find a car within our budget as quickly as possible since we have a young family and rely on our tran Our car just broke down and we were desperate to find a car within our budget as quickly as possible since we have a young family and rely on our transportation. After researching a few dealerships in our area we came across The Loan Arranger. This was our first time going to a dealership to finance a car. We called and instantly were greeted by the dealership manager who answered all our questions and concerns and got us an appointment that Monday afternoon while assuring us that they would be able to meet all our needs. Once we arrived at our appointment we were greeted by the manager and he sent us over to Tony Scala to help us find something that meet all our needs. Right away Tony was a pleasure to work with, he found us the perfect car at an extremely great price and then gave us even more savings. He explained the entire financing procedure in terms that we understood and also explained how to better our credit and what it can help us with in the future. Not only did Tony find us a great safe car he was able to do it in a less then 48 hours, by Wednesday we were picking up our new car. Tony worked extremely hard to make sure we had the car quickly because he knew how difficult it was having a young family without a car.He took care of switching our insurance, getting new plates and the entire registration process. In addition to all of that he even put all new tires on the car, detailed the inside and gave us a full tank of gas. Overall our first time expereince getting a car from a dealership couldn't of went any smoother. The whole situation from the first call and even the last call which Tony made to us a few hours from when we left the lot to see how we liked it, was perfect. I highly recommend doing business with Tony and The Loan Arranger as everyone there were friendly and extremely helpful. More
