Best first time experience with a dealership I had the pleasure of meeting with and getting all the help needed with Allan East in the Cambridge Loan Arranger branch. He was very helpful as this I had the pleasure of meeting with and getting all the help needed with Allan East in the Cambridge Loan Arranger branch. He was very helpful as this was my first time hunting for a car through a dealership. I went to one other place before this one and it wasn't a pleasant experience, they tried to force me into a car I wasn't happy with and once they found out I was only looking for numbers and options to make a decision they basically rushed me out the door. Allan @ The Loan Arranger sat with me and talked to get to know me and what I was looking for in a car and based on that recommended a few cars ONLY after telling me to look around the lot and see if anything caught my eye. He has a great attitude and he's very knowledgable about the vehicles they sell. I'm definitely going to refer friends and family to these guys in the future. Most helpful, easy going place! Adam was our car dealer, he was Awsome! He was such an easy guy to talk to and did everything for us! What a great guy! I called the Loan Arranger as I really needed a new car as mine was falling apart. And due to my having a proposal on my history, no one would take m I called the Loan Arranger as I really needed a new car as mine was falling apart. It became apparent to me I had no way out, and Domenic was kind to listen to my situation, and went through many avenues to secure financing for me when I know myself it was impossible. Domenic negotiated a good price and got me an awesome car with a minimal down payment. He worked very hard to get me an awesome car with all of the things I was looking for. Great sense of relief for a single mom like me, as I now have peace of mind driving myself and my son. I was overwhelmed with making such a purchase, with it being my first car on my own. But Domenic was honest and it almost felt like you were dealing with a great friend who was willing to lend a hand. Thank you so much for everything!! Go see him!!! More

I was extremely surprised when he went out of his way to bring a vehicle by our home for me to test drive so i wouldnt have to walk around town with my 5 year old.
