Just when I thought all was lost, I found the Loan Arranger! Enough can't be said about my experience with Tina and the family at the Cambridge Loan Arranger - and when they told me that everyone there was famil Enough can't be said about my experience with Tina and the family at the Cambridge Loan Arranger - and when they told me that everyone there was family, I didn't realize that included their customers as well! After having run the gauntlet with 3 other dealerships in vain, all of which promised they'd get me into a much needed vehicle, fate hit while waiting for my order at the Pizza Hut next door. I'd just come from the lot a few blocks down - completely incensed after being let down yet again after jumping through hoop after hoop after endless hoop. I realized my situation was difficult, having just moved here from Alberta, having ruined my credit in the past, and still residing in a local hotel while looking for a new place to call home, but this was really trying my patience. It was Tuesday and I was expecting to drive away in my new car that Friday from the other lot, only to have the ball drop once again, informed it would be yet another 2 weeks until I could jump through yet one more hoop. Though my credit was shot, I had lots of money down, a very well paying contract, and was just looking for someone to treat me like a person - someone who would look past my credit score and history, understand the situation at hand, treat me like a human being and realize that I moved out here to become the Best Me a Me can Be, and needed someone to help me get into a car to get to work every day While I was first sitting with Tina, I couldn't help but still feel a measure of disdain for yet another car sales person who would blow smoke up my rear and say anything if it meant earning his/her commission - forget my name in a flash if they thought there was no deal to be made I soon realized that while yes, Tina was obviously in it to earn her keep (which I'm absolutely ok with), she listened to every word of my tale, understood the hurdles I was facing, and with some creative wheeling and dealing and the avor of a ferocious pitbull, pulled every string imaginable - and lo and behold had me driving way with the car I never thought I'd have by Saturday morning, leaving me feeling like a kid at Christmas ever since! My advice? If you're in a similar situation, if you're just a hard working guy or gal who's made some mistakes in the past but are on the road to fixing those mistakes, go see Tina and the family at the Loan Arranger in Cambridge. Be completely open and honest with your past and your situation because they will listen. Don't leave anything out - they won't hold anything against you - and let them help you get back on the road again. I'll be giving my new Charger to my daughter for her birthday later this year, and I'll be back to see Tina to buy my next car, whether my credit's fixed or not, because I want to buy a car from someone who treats me like a person, not just a commision Thanks Tina - and thanks to the whole crew there who made me feel like family xx from Alberta PS VROOM VROOM I LOVE THIS CAR! :) More

Upon going into meet with a representative, Jermaine Goodwin, I received service beyond expect I had been referred to the Loan Arranger by a relative. Upon going into meet with a representative, Jermaine Goodwin, I received service beyond expectation. Jermaine sat down with my family, and allowed us to choose from the many options they have to offer in terms of vehicles. We chose the vehicle in which we found most suitable for our needs, and then negotiated with our representative in order to get the best financing possible. In less than two hours, our contracts were drawn up, and we left the office completely satisfied. We sent them the information for insuring the vehicle and such, and they handled all of the rest; they even put the plates on our vehicle so it would be ready for pick up. Best service I have ever received, not to mention efficient! I would recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. They stand behind their products! This time I got a 2014 Dodge Journey. So Far it's amazing. Dealing with Adam was great! He was very personable and honest. I was actually looking for a cheap used car an It was my first vehicle purchase here in Canada and was a little unsure of what to look for in a car. I was actually looking for a cheap used car and ran into the Loan Arranger office at Kingston Road by accident. I told my friend who was driving to look at another vehicle that I was dissatisfied with after looking at the vehicle "let's see what Loan Arranger have to offer". I was not looking to finance at the time but after speaking to the sales representative and my friend that as a woman I should not just look price but look at the mileage, year, engine etc of the vehicle before making the purchase. I felt comfortable with the knowledge and experience offered by Mano and decided to stick with him to get the vehicle. What started of as a stressful experience for me ended in a joyful experience. The vehicle I chose is not my dream vehicle but it will suffice for now. I will recommend Mano at Loan Arranger to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and unsure of what they want.
