A long over due but worth it decision ! I had a previous car that broke down and I was in need of a new one. I was referred to The Loan Arranger and I was pleased to have met Allan East. He kept the spirits high when searching for the right car for me. I was a little unsure for about two months if I truly wanted to get a car from the dealership and when I figured out what I wanted to do Allan was still right there to help me and we had picked up right in the spot that we left off in search of my new car. I got a car and I couldn't be happier!!! I had an issue with my car and It was fixed in less than 24 hours and I did not have to be without a car! As expected, no major pluses a few disappointments Was unable to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, even then the price was a tad higher than I had requested. I was told I could get any car I wanted, but when I showed up I was only given a few choices. Then they made an appointment for me to pick up the car, but it was not ready when I arrived, so they sent us to a coffee shop to wait. When they then realized it would take until the next day, I had driven across the city for nothing and they offered no amends other than to deliver the car to me the following day. Tony was very friendly and helpful while dealing with the issues presented. More
