So friendly and awesome experience ! After my old car had broken down and was sold...I was in need of a car that would be reliable and wasn't going to settle for just any car. Even though my credit is definitely not the best, I have been trying to rebuild it slowly. After going in and talking with Mario and also Chris, they were able to go over my options and were confident I would be approved ,and I was . However finding a car that I liked I thought would be a problem as I am only interested in a car with manual transmission, so they were able to find me a 2013 Honda Civic that I really loved ,after there wasn't any cars I wanted at their particular lot. However I wanted something a little less expensive, so I went on a hunt and found a car I liked ..a 2013 VW Jetta, that was more in my price range and asked Chris if he would be able to purchase from the lot It was at (a separate dealership altogether) and finance it , as I really wanted to stay with Mario as they were so friendly and accommodating to me even though I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with. I just picked my car up today and I am very happy !! Mario was always extremely friendly and even though we had to plan phone tag due to my work schedule he would always return my calls extremely quick and vise versa. overall I am SUPER happy ! More
