Took it to dealership and after paying $100 d My front windows were not opening, electric mirrors not working, auto lock not working on Grand Caravan. Took it to dealership and after paying $100 dollars was told I needed the master harness to driver door. Cost would be over $800 dollars! Took it to a local mechanic who told me to cancel the part order from Lakehead Motors. The local mechanic fixed it for $60. Said it was only one broken wire. Beware of places that don’t try to fix but only replace parts More

Good understanding people. So I had dropped my truck off for some warranty work and when I picked it up I noticed a scratch over the gas tank.. Hey, mistakes happen. I emailed So I had dropped my truck off for some warranty work and when I picked it up I noticed a scratch over the gas tank.. Hey, mistakes happen. I emailed a very nice lady named Anna Seabrook about the issue I had. She emailed me back promptly and said when I brought it in next ( which was in a week) that they'd take a look at it. Not only did they fix the scratch I had noticed, they fixed another scratch that I know wasn't their fault. And to boot they washed my truck after and the scratch is unnoticeable. I was never angry with Lakehead, they Handled the complaint perfectly and communicated well and in the end I ordered a new set of tires from them to be put on in 2 weeks. I've had work done at Lakehead before and they always fix the problem no questions asked and today was no different. Brad Kennedy More

It wasn't 3 minutes before my salesman Amer Shaheen introduced himself to me and asked what he could assist me with. Amer was great through the process and wasn't pushy at all. We test drove 2 trucks and I made a decision to purchase truck after reviewing all the benefits and details of the truck. I would recommend this dealership and Amer for anyone who is looking for great service and great pricing on their new purchase.
