I had gone in there with all these walls up, she sensed that and took the time and energy to put me at ease. She wanted nothing more then to provide me with a positive and happy experience. Anna's integrity and honesty could not be more appreciated. Cherie is an absolute gem. She's done the financing for my last three vehicles and I have always been so well taken care of. She goes out of her way to make you feel like you matter and that you're important and not just a file full of paperwork on her desk. During the nagotiations for my trade in and new vehicle all I got from you was awkward stern glances from your office. When you went to take MY car for a test drive you had the audacity to walk right by me without even a hello. In the two hours that I was there not once did you make any effort at an introduction or to acknowledge that I existed. What a shame "manager" Rose and who do you think you are? I'd also like to gently remind you that your office actually has no walls. That means that when you're demeaning and belittling your staff WE CAN HEAR YOU.
