I had to call in late for my service appointment while on my way from Abbotsford to Vancouver as the traffic was terrible. The woman on the phone was extremely accomodating and moved my appointment by an hou my way from Abbotsford to Vancouver as the traffic was terrible. The woman on the phone was extremely accomodating and moved my appointment by an hour with no further questions. When I arrived I was facing a very tight schedule as I had to back in the Valley for an appt. Philip Chen assured me that he would accomodate my schedule and did so. Even though it was generally a three hour service call he made sure that it was rushed through and finished in 2 1/2 hours. Joseph, who drove me to the public library so that I could work was courteous and friendly and was there to pick me up at exactly the right time and in the place arranged. My car is running very smoothly now and it was a pleasure to drive it back to the Valley. I'm very happy with the service I received. More
Put an out of town deposit down of $500 and went in to test drive a BMW 540. The radiator cracked less than 5 km into the test drive. Sales person promised a refund and has assured me that it is in 'pro test drive a BMW 540. The radiator cracked less than 5 km into the test drive. Sales person promised a refund and has assured me that it is in 'processing' for the last month and his manager I guess can't find time to process it. Service is fake as they do it only for the sale. To make a situation right they are not willing to even do a simple task that would take a normal business less than 5 mins. More
