Doesn't want to put the work in to make a sale. I've dealt with team ford twice now and both times I was ignored and left high and dry. I came to the table looking to trade my truck in. I have some negative equity so they just started ignoring me thinking theres no point in trying to make a sale. They never thought to ask me if i had a down payment. I had more than enough to put down to make the deal work but they didnt even bother asking. Just ghosted me instead. Very poor sales technique.. never shopping there again. More
