The colour we wanted wasn't in stock so, rather than waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer, Tarek searched locally to find the right one. Two days later it was ready for us, with all the extras that we ordered. Refreshments while waited for the paperwork was another nice touch. You can't argue with service like that. The follow up was also commendable, including getting our mobile phone connected to the Bluetooth radio. A & C More
