Service manager told me I was wasting his time and refused to repair or do anything for me. 3 weeks and money in towing fees, and a broken truck make me inclined to never recommend this dealer to anyone. Advised the salesman what I was looking for and he proceeded to tell me otherwise. When I made an offer for the vehicle, he did not even present it to the Sales Manager, just said that there was no mark up and that was the best he could do. Funny thing is I had found the exact vehicle that I had wanted all along elsewhere and was able to negotiate A LOT lower price. More
Poor service Love my Toyota vehicle, but the customer service policies here are bad, especially compared to my prior experiences with Kamloops Honda. Purchasing my Love my Toyota vehicle, but the customer service policies here are bad, especially compared to my prior experiences with Kamloops Honda. Purchasing my vehicle, I was mislead regarding pricing a number of times, and almost felt belittled; overall a negative buying experience. After the purchase, I never felt any sort of customer appreciation, and they never attempted to make things right. Upon returning for my first service, the prices were outrageous and they even charged for switching over tires on rims, which I have never paid for at any other dealership. I will be doing my services elsewhere from now on. More
Sales experience was terrible. Salesman indicated the vehicle I wanted was available and they could have it for me in three days. We did the deal and after signing the paperwork the manager told the vehi vehicle I wanted was available and they could have it for me in three days. We did the deal and after signing the paperwork the manager told the vehicle would be here in 10 -14 days if they could find one that was available. Told him what the salesman said and he told me I was mistaken. I went outside and 411'd the Vernon dealership and they arranged a deal for me within three days. Went inside and told them to rip up the paperwork and left. Since then I tried their service department where I had so-so service until I tried to do a warranty claim for rust on the tailgate. I have a 1 inch by 1/2 rust blister on my 2010 Rav 4 that they claim is the result of a rock chip. Even if it was a rock chip there is no way it should have spread that extensively that quickly. The manager that looked at it was very evasive but obviously he told Toyota it shouldn't be a warranty claim because they quickly came back rejecting the claim More
