Today I found out that I am no longer welcome to bring my Lexus in for servicing as the owner decided he did not want to service Lexus models anymore.... I hope the owner knows the closes Lexus dealers in Kelowna..... Seeing my car had been serviced there for 4 years you would assume they would make and exception for existing customers? Nope! Well I’m not even going to bother taking my Tacoma in to Toyota after this kind of treatment. More

Not a good experience Bought a used car here that had gone through their inspection. It had a really weird smell coming from the engine but we were told it was the cleaner Bought a used car here that had gone through their inspection. It had a really weird smell coming from the engine but we were told it was the cleaner used when the engine was cleaned so didn’t think much of it until the smell never went away. Took it to our mechanic and the alternator belt had been tightened so tight it’s burnt the alternator bearing and now the alternator is wrecked. The dealership is taking no responsibility for selling a vechile with a burnt out alternator, how the mechanic could have missed that makes me super concerned about what other issues will find. Definitely thought buying from a dealership was the better way to go but I guess not through this dealership. Wouldn’t reccomend anyone to suncountry Toyota. More

This is for the Body Shop. I have been going to Sun Country Toyota's body shop for years, they do a great job, have it done on time and have always had a courtesy car for me. My last repair was on a 13 year old red Toyota Echo and they replaced the rear bumper and the new paint on the bumper was a perfect match to my old car. Totally ripped off I bought a used Jeep Patriot North with 30,000 km on it, was told by the sales manager that it had been gone over completely. Paid a pretty big price I bought a used Jeep Patriot North with 30,000 km on it, was told by the sales manager that it had been gone over completely. Paid a pretty big price for this piece of garbage. Well, the first rain storm after we got home, water was leaking through the rear dome light. A lot of water, we put a pail down and it was about 2" of water by morning and the rear headliner was soaked. When we phoned the salesperson, he said it was a manufacturers problem take it to the Dodge dealer. We travelled over an hour for our 10:00 a.m appointment, we were driven uptown Kamloops and left there all day until 4:30 p.m when they finally picked us up. They were just going to look at it when we got back to the Dodge dealer. Quickly they put some silicon on the top of the back door lift, ran a bit of water over it with a hose, said it was good to go. The first rainstorm, soaked again. Phone them back, was told to bring it in when it was raining so they could look at it, Made another trip, went through the same thing and it never got fixed. So now, I have to cover it with a tarp when it rains out. Phoned Sun Country many times to complain, they said it is too bad my warranty is up, I told them they never did fix it when I brought it in the last times when it was under warranty. Have now taken the problem to the Vehicle Sale Authority. I call the Motor Vehicle Arbitration but they only deal with newer vehicle and recommended I call the Vehicle Sales Authority. Very disappointed with the service from both dealers and would never trust another vehicle salesperson, I am certain there will be no cars in heaven as those people will not be there. More

Completely ripped off Purchased a used vehicle which I was told had gone through a full inspection, realized on the drive home that the driveline made a lot of noise, as wa Purchased a used vehicle which I was told had gone through a full inspection, realized on the drive home that the driveline made a lot of noise, as warranty did not cover the repair because nothing was visibly "broken" just heavily worn, Sun Country Toyota replaced the worn component with a used, inferior branded part, not Toyota parts which you would expect from a Toyota dealership, after just 3 months the replaced part had catastrophic failure. Service manager told me I was wasting his time and refused to repair or do anything for me. 3 weeks and money in towing fees, and a broken truck make me inclined to never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

When I made an offer for the vehicle, he did not even present it to the Sales Manager, just said that there was no mark up and that was the best he could do. Funny thing is I had found the exact vehicle that I had wanted all along elsewhere and was able to negotiate A LOT lower price. More
