This place is the biggest ripoff dealership in this town and i'll never go there again. Charged me 1,794 dollars for two headlight assemblies when all was required was to replace two bulbs. Very unprofessional dealership. I had a truck engine blow up at 94 000 km and gm kept denying warranty even with oil change records they requested. Also kept being ignored and forgotten about by the service team, nothing was getting done unless i called them everyday to remind them. Still an ongoing issue after 2 and a half months. Very bad service and bad communication. Staff is friendly to your face but higher ups don't mind screwing you. No courtesy vehicle, no accountability from the dealership, just a terrible experience. Update: After paying just over 1000$ on my third appointment the issue still has not been fixed, I'm being told there's a module needs to be replaced. So we will see if the 4th appointment will fix this issue. I question if the sensor actually needed to be replaced. Overall a bad experience with my recent service. Had no issues until this. Brought my new SUV in for a issue with park assist, diagnosis was it had a bad cable, not sure how my new SUV would have such an issue but fine, they replace it for free and I'm happy until I'm told that's not actually the issue and I'll need a third appointment to to pay over 1000$ for the problem to actually be fixed. The issue I'm told now is a sensor that has had damage, I was aware of this and the sensor has been fine for months until this. Warranty wont cover this apparently, I will hope paying this much at my third appointment will fix the issue and I wont be told there is another problem with the sensors, I will update later. I will also note that I brought my SUV in at 8am and they didn't start work until around 4pm causing me to have to wait an extra day due to a holiday. Why they wanted it at 8am? No clue. This little issue is going to take 3 appointments and over two months to fix. They are great at selling but I'd think twice about getting service here. More
