Also we demanded non-black interior upholstery-a challenge for sales people. We then narrowed choice to the Impreza model. Our sales rep found a new 2015 that week, and the rest is history! Preparation looks to have been perfectly done. Sales person very knowledgeable, did a thorough introduction to its operation, with a follow-up consultation for more details. We won't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone considering Subaru vehicles. More

First Subaru Outback I've always bought and driven "wagons", the most recent being my VW Passat purchased in 2001. Having come time to upgrade I discovered that VW no lon I've always bought and driven "wagons", the most recent being my VW Passat purchased in 2001. Having come time to upgrade I discovered that VW no longer had the product I wanted. The clear winner in the alternatives was the Subaru Outback. So far so good as I've already noticed the superior ground clearance and stability while driving in a recent snow event. I'm looking forward to driving my new car for another 15 or so years. Thanks to Jon Ford for the great job he did in presenting the Subaru product. I felt no pressure and took quite a bit of time before I made my decision to buy. I'm really happy with Subaru of Lethbridge, they have a beautiful new facility and they are still small enough to give you very personal service. Maybe a bit cliche but you become "one of the family" as it were. I'm really happy to have a dealership right here in Lethbridge that will take care of my car for as long as I own it. The purchase went very smoothly, and the customer service was second to none. The dealership went so far as to install a new battery before I had the vehicle shipped, even though I'd paid already! Refreshing new vehicle purchase experience I dread the typical new vehicle purchase experience. The "let me talk to my manager" routine, the extra mystery additions to the invoice when you thou I dread the typical new vehicle purchase experience. The "let me talk to my manager" routine, the extra mystery additions to the invoice when you thought you were done negotiating, and then the high pressure tactics to get the extra warranty and other add ons. I didn't get any of that with Lethbridge Subaru. Simple negotiation, no surpises, and excellent help from Jon and Jared when we picked up our new Forester. It was definately worth the drive from Strathmore. Also, we couldn't be happier with the vehicle itself. We have never owned a Subaru before, but I dont' think we will ever get anything else in the future. And when it's time for a new one I will be going to Lethbridge. More

Great guys to deal with I have always driven Subaru and two years ago I decided to try a more fuel efficient vehicle and bought a 2013 Ford escape with Eco boost.
