I spotted the "famous" 2009 Ford Ranger and immediately took it for a test drive and also drove a Forester. What a wonderful experience. I told Joe my price point and we looked a newer Subaru models, but he never pushed me to go out of my price range. He is wonderful to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car/truck. I think he knew that once I got into that truck, there would be no changing my mind. He wasn't pushy or forever calling my like another dealership I stopped at. I immediately felt at home in the dealership and while I have a mechanic I've been going to for over 10 years, I feel comfortable taking the truck to Subaru for any mechanical needs, including oil changes. Thanks Joe and Jared for making this the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Joe never made me feel like I was buying something less "worthy" because it wasn't a Subaru. When I picked up my truck, Joe introduced me to Romano and Trent and they were friendly and very professional. Keep up the good work. They helped me to understand what I needed to know about all options for buying, and between this and my reading regarding these models, I decided to purchase a new Outback. Every step of the process, including introductions, test drive, answers to my questions, trade-in of my old car, assistance with options and add-ons, setting up choices of finance and warranty, and followup were all professional, friendly, informative, adapted to fit my schedule, and done in such a way as to benefit me, the buyer. I am in for the long haul, and bought a 6 year, 160000 km warranty. In the end, I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle, and feel confident putting my trust in Subaru of Lethbridge. More
