Chris Millsum is always ready to check my car in when I arrive and he keeps me posted on the progress of the work. If there is something unexpected, like needing a new air filter when I have an oil change scheduled, I am informed of the need for a new filter, shown the old filter and told of the replacement cost. When my Outback is ready, Chris goes over the bill and explains each charge. With this quality of service, I have always been very satisfied with the service offered by Subaru of Lethbridge. More

Worst Used Car Purchase in 40 Years My wife and I bought a used Subaru Forester from here. They assured me it was mechanically up to scratch and that their mechanic had checked it thorou My wife and I bought a used Subaru Forester from here. They assured me it was mechanically up to scratch and that their mechanic had checked it thoroughly and had replaced many minor parts (spark plugs, etc). Two weeks later it broke down on the side of the road and I had to pay to get it towed. My wife took it back and later told me she felt very uncomfortable with the man she dealt with, saying she felt he had been flirting with her. I complained to the manager at the time about this and he denied everything. They denied that the car breakdown was due to an existing problem and quoted us a high sum to fix this "new issue". So I took it elsewhere for repair. The mechanic I took it to showed me that the spark plugs were old and had certainly not been replaced for years, let alone when Subaru said they had been. The mechanic showed me that several other things Subaru had told me they replaced had actually not been replaced, either. The car ended up having ongoing mechanical issues and I spent a fortune trying to fix it before selling it for parts. I paid $14,000 and spent almost an additional $5,000 in maintenance and repairs, but because I wanted to be honest to whomever I sold it to about its issues, I sold it for just $1,500. Because that's all it was actually worth, once you knew what was wrong with it. More

Best Vehicle Purchase Experience of All Time I decided to write this review, roughly a month after my initial visit at Subaru of Lethbridge, and three weeks from taking possession of my 2017 Suba I decided to write this review, roughly a month after my initial visit at Subaru of Lethbridge, and three weeks from taking possession of my 2017 Subaru WRX STI. I waited to write a review after the honeymoon stage wore off. Over the past month, I took the time to reflect on the little things that made for this experience. The verdict, my experience purchasing a new vehicle from Subaru of Lethbridge was the best! Upon my initial visit, I entered the dealership, while gripping onto my two-year-old infant daughter, knowing the exact vehicle that I was going to purchase, and was greeted by Johnny Vo. First impressions are crucial to me, and as such, Johnny introduced himself in a polite, courteous and professional manner. I explained that to Johnny that I had test drove a friend's STI over the weekend, fell in love immediately with the car, but requested more information before making a final decision. There are two types of salespeople in business: those that sell by memorising the owners manual and regurgitate information, and those that educate through first-hand experience and passion, which Johnny was the latter. At our first meeting, I discovered that Johnny was more than just a salesperson, but rather a big car enthusiast, while also being a proud owner of a Subaru himself. Johnny explained all of the great features and benefits of the vehicle thoroughly. The subsequent meeting was a delight because I was speaking to someone who truly loved the product the represented. The best part was that I did not once feel pressured to purchase or commit and that Johnny respected my request to take the time to review all of the information presented before making a final a decision (not buying on impulse). When it came time to inform Johnny of the decision, I informed him over the phone that I decided to go with a Fiat 500 instead of the WRX (as a joke and to see what kind of response I would get). Sure enough, Johnny, the type of guy that he is, respected my decision, albeit stunned that I was going in a opposite direction. After telling him, that I was joking, we got down to business and secured the vehicle. When it came time to take possession, I must admit, this was a first and unique experience. I have taken possession at four other dealerships in my time and not once did any of the other sales team do something like this. Johnny took additional time to provide a comprehensive introduction of my vehicle's sound system, engine, remote and door entry, lighting, shifting, c-diff, driving modes, etc ... Johnny also introduced me to the rest of the service team, which are all proud owners of Subarus as well (knowing that my car will be serviced as if it was their own is a huge plus!). Lastly, when I looked at the rear end of my WRX, the one thing I notice, as little as this may be, is that I did not notice a dealership badge or license plate frame of Subaru of Lethbridge. For me, this was a first, as I despise being a dealership's driving billboard, in addition to thinking that his type of marketing strategy is utterly useless. Nonetheless, from start to finish, I give Johnny and the team at Subaru of Lethbridge 10/10, 2 Big Thumbs Up, and would highly recommend others wishing to purchase a Subaru. More
Excellent car buying experience. I have purchased cars from other dealerships in Lethbridge - but got turned-off because of all the unsolicited sales contact. I called and called and could not get taken off lists as per my request. So I took my business elsewhere. The customer comes first at Subaru Lethbridge. From their excellent easy-to-navigate website to the amazing and collaborative team. Matt was out point-person but he and his colleagues worked as team to get us into our car of choice. More

Jared went above and beyond good service to find us the car with the features we wanted. Joe was honest with us and gave a us a fair trade in value for our old car. Dave was easy to work with on all the paper work. He helped us to choose the extra options and warrantee extensions wisely. All in all, a 5 star rating for the dealership. We have been very pleased with our new Subaru's performance so far and would certainly recommend Matt, the dealership and the car to all our friends More

I was given a fair and complete estimate of my trade in and was not pressured into buying that day!
