Deliberating upon new vs. used, the wide array of option packages and finally a specific (unique) colour. Our initial contact @ Lethbridge Subaru was with Johnny Vo, who was exemplary in every conceivable sense. Professional, knowledgable, informative, NO pressure whatsoever and he truly listened to our requirements and responded accordingly. Johnny remained in contact and apprised us of different units that were arriving @ their dealership. Cary and I ventured to both Subaru dealerships in Calgary and remained truly horrified @ the conclusion of our visit(s). Pushy (in one specific case, uninformed) salesman who seemed to "ignore" our direct requirements and wished to proceed in an entirely different direction......an utter waste of our time. Our personal experiences seemed to be somewhat of a direct correlation to the dealer reviews we read online, anyway, enough said. I, on my almost daily online pilgrimage, noticed the most beautiful/unique 2013 Crosstrek and immediately contacted Johnny (as their reasonably priced, premium, beautiful used units "disappear" almost overnight) to both express profound interest/place a deposit to hold vehicle. Johnny placed forth SO much effort (accommodating a few personal requests of mine) to ratify this deal. This Crosstrek was "reconditioned" (not that it actually required much) beyond my expectations and when Johnny and another gentleman DELIVERED this to us in High River, it looked brand new !!!!! This has been, without imbellishment, the BEST experience we have ever had with a dealership. I own/operate a small business in High River and realize the importance of "going above and beyond" for each customer, treating them with respect, presenting them with precisely what was promised and being completely accountable IF a problem were to materialize (and rectifying concerns). Johnny Vo is an individual that every successful corporation requires and I will recommend him to everyone that I possibly can. Thank you to Johnny, Dave and Lethbridge Subaru for this experience. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle saw me sitting in the lounge and checked that I had been helped ... great service! The premises are clean and user-friendly. 30K oil change and some VERY dirty filters changed-out ... I would recommend this dealership with no hesitation, really enjoy my Forester and particularly have had great service from Chris and Jon (in the past when his job was "in the service bay"). Well done everyone ... you richly deserve your great reputation. More

Service appointment Made arrangements to get my 40Km service done and have bike racks installed. Phoned back two days later with an inquiry on the bike racks and they got back to me within the hour to get me where I needed to be. Great people to deal with across the board. More

Oil Change I called for an oil change appointment in the morning and got it scheduled the same day. Service was very fast, I could wait for it, Super friendly. I dealt with Chris Millsum who was very friendly. I never got the mans name who worked on my car but he was very friendly also. The model I wanted was not on the lot, but they were able to organize one to be driven down from Calgary, and Joe even let me test drive his car (which was the model I wanted) to see just what I was going to get. Both Joe and Travis were great with answering any questions I had, and following up on emails and/or phone calls. I'm loving my car so far and look forward to many years with Lethbridge Subaru! More
