Subaru of Calgary

It was Really obvious we had purchased a USED vehicle Worst buying experience I have ever had. Got nothing but a lot of lip service from the salesman. Just a lot of yes, yes but later found out he had no Worst buying experience I have ever had. Got nothing but a lot of lip service from the salesman. Just a lot of yes, yes but later found out he had no power whatsoever and what he promised was simply ignored. Gave them an entire week to get our vehicle ready and the interior was still dirty...barely vacuumed. Instead of putting us at the top of the list for cleaning we were asked to bring the car back the next day and leave it for the day to get it cleaned. I was adamant about having the latest version of software for the stereo and was promised I would get it but what I was given was 2 years old. When I brought this to the Managers attention I was told "Too bad that is what we have and that is what you get" and then he rudely walked away and simply didn't care when I said this was not what we were promised. Any time I spoke to another person in the company I would get "Oh, you bought a used car...." comment (apparently second rate purchase). Wish we would have just walked away and demanded our money back but not sure we would have gotten it all back. This dealership is a poor representative to Subaru and I will never take my car to them for servicing nor will I ever darken their doors to purchase another car. This is the 3rd Subaru we have purchased and to be treated so poorly was just sickening. More

Owned 4 Subaru It goes good until you have a problem with your vehicle. They will not stand behind their warranty. Not only I had the part diagnosed by 3 mechanics a It goes good until you have a problem with your vehicle. They will not stand behind their warranty. Not only I had the part diagnosed by 3 mechanics and 1 mechanic teacher, Calgary Subaru could only laugh at me, and offer to replace the part under warranty for 800$. Another time I had my brake checked (50$), All good was the report, 2 Weeks later returned with brake problems, they could only blamed my wife driving behavior...then ask 4000$ to fix the rotors and all. Took the car to All Make, they fix the brake system for 250$ and it went fine for 40,000km. After sale service is so bad, that I wonder who is writing all the other reviews on this site, if you have any experience with them, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I love the Subaru cars, Owned 4 of them, will NEVER buy another one because the service is as bad as it could get. Don't waste you time with them. More

I came for the car and left with amazing service I already knew I wanted the Subaru but the amazing service is the reason why I bought from Subaru Calgary. When I went to Subaru Calgary everyone including the manager was heartfelt and welcoming me to their family.
