Faisal turned out to be very pleasant and easy going which is just what I needed in a salesperson. After the test drive, I have decided to purchase the vehicle and the process was straight forward and the price was fair. The only negative was the waiting time to go to the Finance Office. The finance managers were busy and it is understandable why I had to wait. Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Subaru Calgary! More
