Awful Experience This was my first experience purchasing a (new to me) car. My sales representative Trina was not very helpful, and seemed more concerned with upselling me than the car purchase itself. About a week later after the transaction was finished, I sent a couple email requests and followed up with a phone call to try and get the service records for my car. Despite many assurances, I still haven't received anything and I can't say I'm surprised. I definitely felt like just another target to hit, which was disheartening after the great reviews I'd read online. I love my car, but at the end of the day it's a Subaru I could have gotten at any other dealership and probably with better service. More

He asked for what I felt was important in a vehicle, while jotting down his own notes. I ended up having a very specific criteria to the vehicle that I was looking for, and Loman was very accommodating, and was happy to initiate a province wide search for me. Shortly after the deal, I left for vacation. Communication was frequent and I received regular updates by email. When my vehicle arrived, I was contacted immediately and I was able to go for pickup shortly after returning back from vacation. The delivery was really smooth right up until the end when the remote car starter failed to work. Loman did a wonderful job resolving the issue for me, but unfortunately in the end I was asked to drive to a separate nearby dealership where their contractor was working to have it looked for me instead. This process did take awhile, which is the only reasons I cannot give full 5 stars. However, I am comfortable recommending Loman to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. You can guarantee that you're in good hands with Loman. More

I did not test drive one as I was on informational visit. Since I was not actually buying a car, I did not experience the every thing that I would have.
