No idea what they are doing I have a Forrester with less than 20k km on it. The check engine light has been on 3 times and they can't seem to figure out the problem. They decided I have a Forrester with less than 20k km on it. The check engine light has been on 3 times and they can't seem to figure out the problem. They decided to try and replace a sensor and said they would order it and let me know when it arrives. After waiting weeks I called them to see what was taking so long. They had forgotten to order the part so the finally ordered it. I was booked in to have the part installed and when I arrived they didn't even know why I was there. They thought it was to diagnose the check engine light again. I had to explain several times the part they needed is apparently in so I was here to have it installed. Then I was told I hey don't know if/when they will be able to install it beecause the technician had other vehicles to work on. So I guess I booked an appointment for no reason. Beyond incompetent! More

July, for this service. But the service rep had to be explained again about the issue, nothing seems to have been recorded by Kevan from our conversation last week.
