Henry and Trina made the purchase / trade in very effortless. I am so very pleased with my new Outback and the Great Service I received at Subaru Calgary. Henry Thank you again this is by far the best vehicle, I love the Eye Sight especially in rush hour traffic, and the power tail gate has made life simpler. The Compustar Security / Starter paired with the Drone Mobile App, that you suggested rocks my world! I can't wait for a big snowstorm to come, and plow through it all like I did with my older Outback. More

Another great experience for me at Subaru Calgary! I just purchased a 2008 Subaru Forester. It needed some work to make it "brand new" again and my salesman, Travis Westin, did a terrific job keeping I just purchased a 2008 Subaru Forester. It needed some work to make it "brand new" again and my salesman, Travis Westin, did a terrific job keeping the work on track and me informed of progress. He made sure everything was done and gave me plenty of opportunity to check the car over before I signed on the dotted line. He found a way for me to take the car home, even though I'd forgotten to bring my license plate, thus saving me car rental and several hours of extra driving. A super guy! Travis was kind, patient, knowledgeable, energetic and always had a smile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ryan Romano, finance, was very pleasant, efficient and patient. Bad First Time Experience I recently purchased a Crosstrex from Subaru Calgary. I had an excellent experience with the sales associate. However, my experience with the finance I recently purchased a Crosstrex from Subaru Calgary. I had an excellent experience with the sales associate. However, my experience with the finance department was unsatisfactory. After purchasing my vehicle I learned that I was charged more than expected for the added plus packages and extended warranty. Plus, I was not informed of the $600 Subaru Premium Insurance fee. This was upsetting because I had not planned on spending the extra money for these packages. I felt that staff did not clearly explain the paperwork and break down the costs these packages would add to the vehicle. I was not told the Subaru Premium Insurance was $600. Also, the extended warranty and gold package I purchased was more expensive than explained by staff. When staff reviewed the Bill of Sale they did not detail the extra charges on top of my vehicle’s list price. This was upsetting because the final cost was $4000 higher than expected. Then, when I asked to cancel my extended warranty, finance said I could only do this through the warranty provider. However, when I called the warranty provider, Subaru Canada and a local Subaru dealership; I was informed this could only be done through the dealership. I called Subaru Calgary and the finance department kept saying I had to call the warranty provider. After two weeks I had to go to the dealership and ask to the cancel the warranty. However, staff kept saying I had to call the warranty provider until I explained my findings. Then staff obliged cancelled my extended warranty. Later, I discussed my experience with the finance manager. He apologized and offered a cheque to compensate my experience. He said it would be ready in one week. Three weeks later and many unreturned emails and phone calls, I returned to the dealership in person. When I asked for the finance manager he walked out and provided the cheque and said “here you go, I know that’s why you’re here”. Nobody told me the cheque was ready and the attitude was unprofessional. I'm disappointed with the financial portion of my dealership experience. The sales end was excellent, however staff did not thoroughly go through the paperwork to ensure I understood what I was buying. As this was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership I would like to refer Subaru Calgary. Sadly, with this experience I cannot. More
