Trina screwed our papers up by giving wrong computations just to push extra sales of the deals that they offer. When we did a follow up about the status of our car she wouldn’t even reply our calls and emails. I was able to talk to her regarding our previous car loan but she was rude and unprofessional and wasn’t able to help me with my inquiry at all. Avoid this finance manager! More

Top Notch Service I took my mother's Subaru in for service and right from the beginning to the end, the level of customer service was exemplary!!! Altaf was friendly, polite and explained the process quite clearly. Altaf was even able to get a helpful discount for the service. Initially when booking the service, my mother had wanted the service now performed, however, was told, Subaru Calgary could not do it, as it was a very busy period. So all that was booked was the oil change and mounting and balancing of the winter tires. However, when I came in to Subaru Calgary, Altaf said that he could get the full service we requested, done. We were very pleasantly surprised! So the full service was completed and all the salient points explained! The Shuttle service was also exemplary with Phillip being the driver. I was willing to wait. Whether good or bad he kept me in the loop. He wanted to get me my car as quickly as he could. He cares about his clients. You can tell he will go that extra mile for you. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a subaru. It was very easy in finance dealing with Robyn. She was very knowledgable. She gave great suggestions about what I may want for my new vehicle. Giovanni Girimonte made our buying experience quick and easy. He had our vehicle ready to go gassed up and polished! He went over every option our vehicle had to offer. Both of the finance Managers, Robyn and Trina were great to deal with as well. My husband wanted me to drive a vehicle that has the best safety features out there for vehicles. I drive 100 km everyday and this vehicle is so comfortable, very quiet and a smooth ride. Detailed my car and they lost my registry papers and more Incredible! I detailed my car during my last service, my registry papers are gone from my glove compartment, 4 collection coins .50 cent Canadian in t Incredible! I detailed my car during my last service, my registry papers are gone from my glove compartment, 4 collection coins .50 cent Canadian in their collector package and my mailbox key too. They only left my manual. I have had those items in my glove compartment during service in Subaru, and this is the second time I detailed with them, and they are gone! And the detailer left a box for orthotic wax on between the seats. So, if you have a detailer with orthodontics or braces ask him/her first, where on earth did he put my items. I want them back. More
