We had decided we wanted a Subaru. I started out pretty tough on him for what we were looking for. Ben was patient , professional and caring and not swayed by my stubbornness . He worked very hard with us on a tight schedule and helped my husband and I find the perfect fit. What started out as a mission for a used Subaru, we found the perfect brand new CrossTrek that would fit our needs and budget. The entire team worked hard to make this purchase seamless, but it was really Benjamin and his commitment to us and his desire to give the best experience and service. He knew this was a huge investment to our family but more so, OUR SAFETY. Thank you so much for going way above and beyond Benjamin and making this a fantastic experience. I will be recommending you specifically and Subaru Calgary to anyone I know on the market for a new or used Subaru!!!! More

Go to Centaur Subaru, do not go here! I see similar experiences by others recently and had to waste my time to set up an account just to provide my feedback. Pricing is not transparent and they clearly want to take advantage of people during the current supply chain problems. Imagine the scams they will pull during service calls. They don’t deserve your trust under this management. Centaur is transparent with pricing and amazing to deal with. More

Asked for a online quote. Salesperson said he would quote me right away. Had to phone for a quote.....2 hours later. I work in oil engineering field where it takes weeks to quote a multi-million dollar project. One vehicle quote should not take 2 hours. Their website stated that demo vehicles are on sale. However, when asking about the demo vehicles, it was stated by salesperson that they are not being sold until May 2023. First time talking to someone at Subaru of Calgary, I will never talk to anyone from this dealership in the future. More

During the pandemic they said they would have separate cars for each customer because of covid-19. When I was there they had multiple people crammed into cars which seemed unsure and uncomfortable wit cars for each customer because of covid-19.
