Subaru of Calgary

Subaru Calgary (1100 Meridian Road NE) I've had nothing but issues with this dealership. I bought a brand new 2024 Crosstrek. I was told (by Paul Dimakis, the manager of the dealership) the tires o nothing but issues with this dealership. I bought a brand new 2024 Crosstrek. I was told (by Paul Dimakis, the manager of the dealership) the tires on my current Forester would fit the Touring model but they did not. They forgot to order the body side molding for the car which meant another trip to the dealership for installation. The service technician tried to tell me they don't have wireless Android Auto in the car when it's literally stated on the website as a feature. I brought my Crosstrek in to install WINTER tires on it, instead they installed ALL SEASON (with no tread left) in a completely wrong size (215/45R17 when they manufacturer recommended is 225/60R17) - they looked like spare tires on the Crosstrek. Service department did not answer, so after 3 attempts, I left an urgent message for them to call me back. I didn't get a call back that day or the following day. It took yet another trip into Calgary (4 in total now) to get the proper tires put on the car - and they still had to keep the car overnight so another wasted day. Poor service all around. If you're in the market for a Subaru, go anywhere but here. On a side note, I do love the Crosstrek so there's a silver lining. More

Traded in my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and purchased a 2023 Subaru WRX from Vu Hoang. From the time I spoke to him to the day of delivery, he updated me throughout the process via text and videos. We had decided we wanted a Subaru. I started out pretty tough on him for what we were looking for. Ben was patient , professional and caring and not swayed by my stubbornness . He worked very hard with us on a tight schedule and helped my husband and I find the perfect fit. What started out as a mission for a used Subaru, we found the perfect brand new CrossTrek that would fit our needs and budget. The entire team worked hard to make this purchase seamless, but it was really Benjamin and his commitment to us and his desire to give the best experience and service. Go to Centaur Subaru, do not go here! I see similar experiences by others recently and had to waste my time to set up an account just to provide my feedback. I’ve been to many dealers in the last couple months and only a few gave a vibe like Calgary Subaru. Pricing is not transparent and they clearly want to take advantage of people during the current supply chain problems. Imagine the scams they will pull during service calls. They don’t deserve your trust under this management. Centaur is transparent with pricing and amazing to deal with. More
