Amazing! Tariq Bhatti (sales) and Ryan Romano (financing) were simply superb. Our older vehicle was dying and it was time for an upgrade. Tariq and Ryan were incredibly helpful, simplified the process, and we were able to hone in on the best model, options and financing to suit OUR needs. Our older Subaru will be ‘on the block’ soon so we are already looking forward to doing this again worry free. I’ve been dealing with Calgary Subaru for close to 20 years now and it has always been a top notch experience (service as well). More

Perfect Sale and Smooth experience I had a bad start but once I went into the dealership and spoke to Nisar from there everything went smoothly. Nice Subaru Dealership in Calgary! This would be our first Subaru and Nisar Khan was very quick to set up our test drive appointment. He was busy but was attentive in greeting us and t This would be our first Subaru and Nisar Khan was very quick to set up our test drive appointment. He was busy but was attentive in greeting us and took us for the test drive on a busy Saturday. We were able to do a deal on a blue Ascent Premier SUV. My wife was happy as the other dealer could not get the blue color for us. The vehicle was delivered in 2 weeks. Nisar arranged a courtesy pick up for us on the delivery date. It was a nice touch. In addition he patiently explained the features of the vehicle for us before we drove off. I would highly recommend Nisar for your next car purchase. More

Great Service I am not one to give reviews but after the experience I had here I need to let others know the difference of the 2 Subaru Dealers. I Originally went I am not one to give reviews but after the experience I had here I need to let others know the difference of the 2 Subaru Dealers. I Originally went to Centaur to have a maintenance service done "1st service", the experience was not a good one at all. I thought i would try the other Subaru Dealer (Subaru Calgary), i scheduled the next service with them. From the phone call to booking (I actually talked to a human) to dropping the car off and using the shuttle service (not offered at Centaur). I was updated throughout the day dealing with Amber and Ernie. Very simple to get this done. I will be servicing the car at Subaru Calgary. More

BUYERS BEWARE !! I don't typically write a review but I think future buyers need to know how unprofessional this dealership is. They really deserve a zero scoring. !! I don't typically write a review but I think future buyers need to know how unprofessional this dealership is. They really deserve a zero scoring. I will give you specific examples on the level of service to expect if you are to buy a vehicle through this dealership. - It took Subaru a few months to pay off the vehicle i traded in, thus I was making payments on 2 vehicles. Never once did management call me to apologize. Note: they did sell the vehicle i traded in within a month. - When i picked up the new vehicle it had 400km's on it. - I booked an express oil change because my husband would be bringing it in with our newborn as i was working. They had him sit there 3 hours with a newborn to complete the oil change. - I had a complimentary oil change to use and decided this time to leave the vehicle there for the day. Firstly, I was there at 7:10am and was told the shuttle leaves at 7:15am but they had left before i got there. Secondly, they couldn't pick me up downtown after work and had me take the train half way and they picked me up from the train station. I got to the dealership and they had just pulled my car in to do the oil change. As a result, i had to wait for this to be completed even though they had my vehicle all day. Lastly, they said i needed a new filter and i gave them permission to change it, which then they charged me labour for something that takes a few minutes to do. Essentially, eliminating the perk of the complimentary oil change to begin with. - I recently decided to get into a new vehicle, i called a couple times to get my buyout and was told it would be emailed to me. At no surprise, this was not provided via email and I had to drive to the dealership to get the buyout. - I bought a new vehicle, buyout cheque was sent to Subaru and again at no surprise they did not process in a timely manner and im charged for a vehicle i no longer drive. I call the dealership and there is definitely no urgency in getting this payment reimbursed. Subaru is a great vehicle, i test drove several mid-size SUV's before going with the Subaru. The all-wheel-drive really is amazing. BUT please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, customer service is not their strong point. This dealership is a joke and most likely won't get return customers. More
