Excellent Service from Piyush I have always been a Toyota person, so when I was considering a Subaru I had a LONG list of questions for Piyush. I will admit I was a tough sell..... Any questions I had about quality service was erased right away as Piyush and his team demonstrated professionalism and quality right away. He broke down the comparisons with the 2 cars I was interested in. He never made me feel like I was a bother. His simple statement of facts and details never made me feel pressured to buy and never made me feel like I was silly for asking questions We made an appointment to see the vehicle and he had 2 cars ready for me to look at. I never felt uncomfortable and he allowed my wife and I to talk and make decisions while out on a “test drive” From beginning to end. From purchasing and financing things went flawlessly. They even looked after the registration and plates for my new vehicle I WILL NOT HESITATE to use this dealership again and I will be highly recommending them to all my friends and family Piyush and his team are amazing and extremely personable. Not only was I provided great service, but walked away with a new vehicle in short order and was able to close out that activity before the dealership was impacted by any shut downs. The negotiation process during car acquisitions is one of the most unsettling activities, but Nisar made it as painless as possible (although I wished he could have 100% removed the bargaining process!) He provided all the detail and information needed to understand all the moving pieces.
