Absolutely disgraceful company after a fairly serious car accident last year I went to Strickland's and put my trust in them as my car was written off Absolutely disgraceful company after a fairly serious car accident last year I went to Strickland's and put my trust in them as my car was written off and I needed to get myself and my young child around, they had more then enough people to prosuede me into buying a vehicle in my volnerable state. But when it came to actually receiving my vehicle they took over a week and a half to get it to me after numerous promises of 1day and then 1more day and then 3 hours and then 2 more days and excuse after excuse as to why they were not following through on their promises finally I had to go in and say I wasn't leaving without my car. To top it all off now a year later and still recovering from my accident In attempts to trade in my car (which was their suggestion to improve my interest rates) I find out my car is not even worth half of what it would have been without FRAME DAMAGE on the car proof! After being in an accident with frame damage and concerned for my safety I would have NEVER purchased a vehicle with prior frame damage!! I am now having nothing but problems with the vehicle, and the dealership, and have reported them to omvic to be investigated BUYER BEWARE!!! manager without hesitation told me this is a common problem and offered me a buy out to not report them, When the offer didn't sit well with me in comparison to what I still owed they were not willing to work with me so we could both be satisfied and done with this mess Will never buy from a used dealership again and will never let any of my loved ones purchase from Strickland's complete con artists! Easiest car deal for me I made one online inquiry regarding a mini van and Wyatt was right on it finding just what I wanted. He made sure that we were looked after by another salesperson while he finished up. My van was ready as promised and I have very much enjoyed having it. As a follow up there were a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly and efficiently I am glad to have dealt with both Wyatt and Brenda as well as Dan in Service . Very Good Customer Service We recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from Stricklands' Stratford location. Prior to driving to Stratford I inquired about a couple of vehi We recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from Stricklands' Stratford location. Prior to driving to Stratford I inquired about a couple of vehicles that I saw on the website. Within 24 hours I had received a phone call with an answer about which location and availability of the van. We drove to Stratford and having arrived there only an hour before they closed I wasn't too confident that we would be able to do our test drive and possibly make a deal that evening. Our sales rep Sam Pawley and the whole staff were very accommodating and ended up staying quite late in order to help us out. When we went back to pick up our new vehicle there had been a very small problem, in that the van had not been fully detailed. Seeing this Sam made arrangements to personally come to our house and pick up the van take it back to Stratford and have a complete detailing done on it. Then drop it off later that afternoon. The staff and management was very nice and I was impressed with how upfront they were about the vehicles that we looked at. More
