First time car buyer. Saw great reviews for stricklands and decided to give them my business. After purchasing the vehicle and bringing it home I noticed a massive scratch Saw great reviews for stricklands and decided to give them my business. After purchasing the vehicle and bringing it home I noticed a massive scratch on the front bumper. Contacted the dealerships and they told me they knew about it but would do nothing. This wasn't on carfax or disclosed to me at any point during the buying process. Double check your car before you sign or bring anything home. Don't trust them to honour their "full disclosure" policy. I even purchased a 30 day warranty that if anything happened to car it would be fixed no questions asked and repair is still no go. My fault for trusting this place to be honest with me. More
