We did a lot of our own research on what we wanted and didn't want and decided on looking for an SUV. We met Nathan who was our sales rep. He was such a friendly and easy to deal with person. No pressure, and listened to OUR needs and what WE wanted to see as we had a specific vehicle in mind. He came through in spades!! and when time came to make the stressful walk to go talk money, we were introduced to Darryl who looked after the financial end of things, well, he couldn't have been more pleasant and attentive to our questions and concerns. He answered everything we asked, and found out right away, if he did not know something off hand. He walked through the whole process with us, and not for one second did we feel pressured! He came through in spades, and did what we asked, and offered other ideas, that were valuable as well!
