We cannot thank Sharon, Brad and Kris enough for their hard work and 'I care' attitude. We highly recommend Straightline Kia!!! Edited to add - Be overly cautious of deals and discounts offered over the phone. Do not rush through the finance portion. Make sure you are paying what you should be paying. We were offered a discount by Sharon verbally. Krys worked hard to get us approved and we ended up getting a better car. Somehow in all of that we lost the discount and no one said a word. When we realized and went to Sharon about it, her response was that she wasn't allowed to give that discount. Not cool! Not impressed! Our glowing recommendation isn't so glowing anymore! More
