Good listeners and they know their product. I was in the market to purchase a SUV for my wife, and elected to visit a number of dealerships in the Calgary Auto Mall. In my initial visit to the KIA dealership I met Claudia Park. Claudia suggested 3 options to consider, and provided me with some excellent material to review. Claudia was friendly and an excellent listener. She was professional without being pushy. In my second visit my wife accompanied me and I met Rick Farris. Rick was also very personal, and an excellent listener. We spent most of our time with Rick and he accompanied us on our test drives. We really liked the 2018 Sportage with AWD. The decision process involved some discussion with Rick and Brad Enns. Brad was also very professional and personal, with a good sense of humour. We decided to purchase a pre owned vehicle in order to manage out budget constraints. We choose a 2017 Sportage with AWD. We also met with Kris Trygg and he also left a very positive impression. I have purchased two other vehicles in the past from other dealerships. However, this experience was without a doubt our best experience. Job well done by the Straightline KIA team. More
