Excellent trouble shooting and repair! I had a rattle in the rear of my Kia Soul. Sales Professional Rick Farris sent up my appointment and when I arrived at Service the Shop Foreman Sean I had a rattle in the rear of my Kia Soul. Sales Professional Rick Farris sent up my appointment and when I arrived at Service the Shop Foreman Sean came out and greeted me with a smile and said lets go for a drive. He listened and suggested a couple of things that it could be. He took the vehicle from me and in half an hour returned to tell me he thought it was a shock but it actually was a loose back seat and it was all fixed! Sean had a great attitude and handled the problem very efficiently. I am very impressed with how this was handled! And most importantly there is no more rattle!!!!! More

Great purchase experience We were looking for a vehicle to replace our 8 year old one. This was the 4th dealership we visited and was the only one that made us feel welcomed. S We were looking for a vehicle to replace our 8 year old one. This was the 4th dealership we visited and was the only one that made us feel welcomed. Sharon met us in the parking lot while we were looking at some pre-owned cars. She invited us to her office and, 20 minutes later, we were purchasing a brand new Kia Soul. She made it very clear from the beginning that the price she quoted included all the taxes/fees. No surprises. Everybody treated us in a very, very friendly way and we got a fair deal. By the way, 1,500 km and 2 weeks later we can say that we love our Kia Soul. Right size for us, easy to drive, all the amenities we need and GREAT on gas. More
