Great purchase experience We were looking for a vehicle to replace our 8 year old one. This was the 4th dealership we visited and was the only one that made us feel welcomed. S We were looking for a vehicle to replace our 8 year old one. This was the 4th dealership we visited and was the only one that made us feel welcomed. Sharon met us in the parking lot while we were looking at some pre-owned cars. She invited us to her office and, 20 minutes later, we were purchasing a brand new Kia Soul. She made it very clear from the beginning that the price she quoted included all the taxes/fees. No surprises. Everybody treated us in a very, very friendly way and we got a fair deal. By the way, 1,500 km and 2 weeks later we can say that we love our Kia Soul. Right size for us, easy to drive, all the amenities we need and GREAT on gas. More

Sharon initially took our sales call, but was not available when we could go down to look for a vehicle, she directed us to John. They worked well together to meet our needs. John was proficient in his dealings with us. He knows his product and is a good listener who understood what we were looking for and at what price point. John was able to incorporate the details we wanted added at a reasonable price to supply the complete vehicle package we were looking for.
