We can’t say enough great things about our experience at Straightline Kia, and it’s all thanks to two amazing people: Jesse Marshall and Cesar Regalado in Finance. From the start, Jesse was an absolute p Straightline Kia, and it’s all thanks to two amazing people: Jesse Marshall and Cesar Regalado in Finance. From the start, Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s genuine, authentic, funny, and just all-around real. Talking to him felt like hanging out with a good friend who truly has your best interests at heart. There was no pressure, no awkward sales tactics – just honest guidance, lots of laughs, and a smooth, easy process from start to finish. Jesse is the kind of person who makes you feel seen and heard, and that made such a difference. Once we found the perfect vehicle, Cesar took over to guide us through the finance process. He was honest, EXTREMELY patient, and explained every detail without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and made sure we left the dealership feeling confident and supported. As we were trading in our first-ever Kia that we loved so much, the running joke with Cesar became that I wanted to have the same "sparkle" in my eyes with the new car that we were buying from them as we had when we bought our old one. And he definitely made sure the sparkle was there when I left the dealership 😊 All in all, these two made the whole experience feel personal and even fun – something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. If you're looking for people who truly care, are super real with you, treat you with respect, and make the process enjoyable, go see Jesse and Cesar at Straightline Kia. You will not regret it! I recently visited Straightline Kia and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. The sales team was experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. The sales team was professional and never pushy, which I really appreciated. The process was smooth — from test drive to financing. They explained everything clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. The dealership itself is clean, organized, and welcoming. Special shoutout to Katherine,Ben and Cody for being super helpful and patient throughout the process. This dealership was the best option since my first time buying a vehicle 🚗, my first vehicle I bought in 2012, since that time I get multiples vehicles in different countries and kinds.
