Terrible got ripped off on my trade and service nonexistant. The only reason I chose this dealership is because no dealership in Winnipeg had the vehicle and configuration I wanted. I got 5 thousand less for my trade in based on blue book value. I have been trying to resolve a issue with my vehicle and have been to the dealership three times. The whole atmosphere feels like I am in the movie used cars these guys are pure xxxx run do not walk away. I thought being a small town dealership they would be honest and upfront I could not have been more wrong. The extended warranty I got was useless. I am considering getting a lawyer just on principle alone I pray they go out of business the way they treat customers. Our sale lady said to me upon our purchase this is not the end this is the beginning of our friendship. All the times I have been back not even a hello. Not that I give a xxxx but the previous dealership used to send us thank you notes and if we had a issue it was taken care of the same week. The sales manager was a jerk. The sale lady was nice until we left but not one follow up call to see if we were happy with our vehicle once they get your money then it is a screw you attitude .I will let everyone I know not to do business with them. More
