I Left Disappointed I bought a very nice used car from this dealership. It was a Buick. -I noticed that the locking wheel nuts did not have an adaptor inside the car I bought a very nice used car from this dealership. It was a Buick. -I noticed that the locking wheel nuts did not have an adaptor inside the car but was informed that it would be another $45 to remove them and replace with normal wheel nuts. The adaptor was apparently not included in the price of the car. -I had an appointment to pick it up at 5:30. The salesman we made the appointment with was not available so I installed my license plates and waited. -The salesman had to be paged two seperate times to get him to talk to me. -The sales manager walked past me in the office 2 days after buying a car from him without acknowledging me. -When it was time to leave I was given one key. I asked for the second one and they didn't know where it was. I was told to expect a phone call from them first thing in the morning to confirm if they had a second key. That was 1 week ago today and there has been no call. Apparently the second key was not included in the price of the car. -The gas gauge was at less than ¼ full. -When I got home I checked the oil level it was not reading on the dipstick. -I was told that it was a local Car (trade initially then purchased at auction) but the navigation system showed "Home" as Missisauga. -The car is going to a dealership in Winnipeg to be thoroughly checked over to see if there are any other surprises. Summary - You should shop close to home. It was not worth the trip to Steinbach and I left there disappointed. More
Worst experience ever. I did my research online so that when I got to the dealership I knew what i wanted. I made a deal on vehicle A, after the deal was made from the onlin I did my research online so that when I got to the dealership I knew what i wanted. I made a deal on vehicle A, after the deal was made from the online posted price I was told "I can't sell it for that cheap". I was then told I wasn't allowed to buy vehicle A. "Someone else made an offer on it already." They showed me vehicle B and specified it was the EXACT same. When I looked on line at the vehicle sure enough it was. Made a deal on that vehicle. When I picked it up I quickly found out it was not. It was missing several package pieces. I had 7 of the 8 parts of the package bit When I asked if I could get the missing pieces I was told I had to buy the whole package which would cost an extra $1000. On delivery the undercoating was sprayed all over my vehicle. Service washed half and told me "its too hard to wash the rest off". The made another attempt but I had to buy my own solvent to finish the job properly. When I asked if these things could be rectified the GM told me "we aren't here to give away free things, if you want something free here's a calculator. There that's free." From there I explained how I wasn't happy with the way things went and the service I was given. I was then told " well if you don't like your vehicle sell it back to me and I'll make more money off you!" The management at this place aren't very helpful people. All they cared about was making money off me and didn't even try to rectify anything. . . "Whelp that's what you bought. You should have asked more questions." From false advertising, to an unhelpful arrogant GM i will NEVER again go there or suggest anyone go there. This was the worst experience buying anything ever. More

Buy used and youll get used. The only person who knows anything about how to sell a car is the finance guy KF. This company does not keep on top of prices, or recalls. We asked to have 900 dollars off the price so we would be on budget and he asked us to meet half way at 450. I asked for an oil change too then ( which i think should have been done anyway) only to see after the deal that he charges me $598. Do the math! I was livid what kind of person takes advantage of someone not understanding the new laws? What kind of monster smiles and nods like hes doing a customer a solid but ends up making more off them....NO INTEGRITY!!!!! NO TRANSPARANCY!!! xxxx rights i faught for that money back but they wont re.write the offer so im stuck with a high payment because of that.greasy stunt They refered to thr President as the man in the Ivory Tower. They spoke of the GM as someone who doesnt know much because hes covering for someone. They sure know how to make their profits while people waste gas. Time. Lost work hours. Surprise prices at the end because they just cant be straight up the first time. Price of the vehicle was the biggest mislead. I BOUGHT a used truck they have had since March I am pretty confident I was pushed and coerced into a lemon. I begged them to cancel the deal. I guess stuffing thier pockets is much more important than having someone go to their work place of 2000 and the internet. Abd the Corporate and the Bank and Consumer Protection to file complaints and hope for legal action and letting everyone know what a 3 ring circus my experience was. Ill starve now for 8 years. Ive had 3 trips so far and need to make another one. It is by far NOt WORTH THE TRIP TO SCAMBACH. I have another dealer so incredibly frustrated by this he offered to buy the truck off of me to let me start fresh and in my price range.i trust no one There is not medication enough to take after a sales manager looks at me and says " tell me this! How many car dealerships have you owned?" Ps. All those deal dodge jeep adds talk about arent deals. They are all worked into the price.....one thing i can say i am pleased with is the FCA warranty covers all the stuff that matters. But its because its easier than having to have a lot of angry customers. More

I was told at Pembina that the problem was not a recall, would take 2-3 weeks to diagnose and fix and including the rental car would probably cost close to $5000. At Steinbach Dodge, they diagnosed the recall in less than 1 hour, fixed it in 3 days and did not charge me for the rental car (I just had to pay insurance). After such a disappointing beginning, this was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be back!! More
Their service people lie and don't know anything. When I brought it in to have my trailer brake initialized they charged me the fee and never actually did it. Their sales people try to push vehicles on you that you don't want, lied to me when I tried to trade in my car for a truck by not telling me all the available deals that were available, and not giving me the money that was initially promised for my trade. So be careful if you buy from there because they won't tell you the deals available so they can pocket that money for themselves. There is only one service personnel I like to deal with and who knows anything about vehicles. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know; terrible service, terrible staff, and terrible work ethics. More
