"Honest, Fast, Professional" Had a minor fender bender by someone I know. I brought it to Star Motors Collision Centre (this is the body shop at 40 Jamie Ave.) on recommendation Had a minor fender bender by someone I know. I brought it to Star Motors Collision Centre (this is the body shop at 40 Jamie Ave.) on recommendation from my Honda dealership. They did the work so well you'd never know anything ever happened to it. The final price was cheaper than the initial quote because they thought the plastic grill at the front would have to be replaced. When they took it apart they saw that they could put it back and there was no sign of damage. They could have just replaced it at my friend's cost and I wouldn't have asked any questions. Refreshing to see an honest business of this type. Very fast, good work and they cleaned car immaculately. I'd send anyone I know to them. More

Max) and they would order the sensor which would.cost $250(I think) I agreed and prepaid $119 with the$ 530 servicing. a few days later The dealer called to say the part was in and scheduled a 90 minute appointment for 1:30 on July 10. Very pleasant on the phone.I arrived for my appointment at 1:15 and a different the service person I dealt with was very rude and incompetent He didn't seem to or couldn't find anything about the part or the appointment I told him the part was there that they called to tell me it was there and that it had to be there. He told me they would have to order the part as it was not there. He could not find any record of it being ordered. I left the van to be serviced. He again told me it would take 90min. I went back 2 hours later and asked if it was ready,they had not even put it in their garage yet.he said. When I asked he replied he didn't know when they would do it.and said very rudely he had told me that it would take 3 hours. I looked around I saw 3 other unhappy customers in what appeared be in the same situation Both times I talked to this man this day he never took his eyes off. the computer screen to look at me .just looking nasty and confused. Now realizing the work probably wouldn't 'get done before closing I told him to bring the van and I would take it elsewhere I said your service is a disgrace. he agreed. I was going outside to get the van the receptionist asked if I had been looked after all right ? I said " certainly not your service is a mess " she said " have a nice day" I own a few hundred vehicles And a lot of equipment ,I deal with parts and service several times a day. I can not recall dealing with a company that is as incompetent rude and callous as the people at star motors ...They have a.licence to steel so they don't care More
Poor Service Whenever I take my car in, they take several attempts to replace the faulty part. I even tell them which part needs to be replaced and they replace everything else until they get to what I told them was wrong. Then it is fixed. It looks like they are driving up the services costs be keep their revenue high. I assume that all this warranty work is charged back to MB. The service guys treat you like you don't deserve to have service done as promised. What should take less than a day, takes a week. More
